Add a new contact in Q

For some reason, we use proprietary instant messaging software at work.  Sometimes it isn't obvious how to add a new contact.

1. From the menu, select Tools/User Search
2. Search for the desired user
3. Drag-and-drop from the search result onto My Contacts
